  Who is the most important person in our life? What is the most important 'karma' or thing that we should do in our life? When is the most important time of our lives? At any given point of time, these are the three questions that can be found in almost everyone's mind. How holidays can be stressful for some

  At first glance, the above statement may sound contradictory and even flat out silly! I mean – holidays are supposed to the most festive, most relaxing time of the year – after all holidays are meant to be the time of the year when we unwind, destress and take a break from all the grueling work that we do every single day. One would be forgiven for thinking in such a way, but the truth is almost the opposite.   For years, we have been told that holidays are the best, most pleasant times of the year, where one has to do nothing except enjoy life.
